DELIVERY & RETURNS
UK DELIVERY
Standard shipping costs to the UK range from £1.99 - £5.99. The cost is calculated at checkout dependent on size and weight. We offer Standard (3-6 business days), Express (1-2 business days, order by 11am to guarantee next day) and Local delivery (Once you have inputted your postcode at checkout, you can see if you are eligible for this).
EUROPE DELIVERY
Standard shipping costs to Europe start from £15. We offer Standard delivery (5-10 business days). Please be aware that due to brexit there might be a delay at customs.
USA DELIVERY
Standard shipping costs to USA start from £20. We offer Standard delivery (10-20 business days).
Please be aware that due to Covid shipping times are varied and often result in a small delay.
OTHER LOCATIONS
If you would like an item to be sent to another location please email us at hello@nuweroam.com with the destinations full address and if possible to ship we will give you a shipping quote.
CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES
International orders (this now includes European orders) may incur additional customs or import duty charges. These costs are beyond our control and we do not cover these costs. Our international customers haven't experienced any import duty charges as of yet but it is best that you contact your local customs office before placing an order.
RETURNS
If you would like to return your order please get in touch at hello@nuweroam.com
We request that the items should be returned to us, unused and within the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Unfortunately we don't offer free returns.
Should you receive a faulty/damaged item please send an email to hello@nuweroam.com, please include a picture of your damaged good(s). We can either resend the items or refund you.
ALCOHOL
By placing an order with us, you are declaring that you are 18 years of age or over. Alcohol items must be used responsibly and appropriately.
Deliveries must be signed for by a person of 18 years or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.
